Lithuanian experts will visit Tromso in Norway in order to explore good practice examples and share knowledge about modern human rights-based mental health services. Also a joint project proposal to Active Citizens’ Fund will potentially be developed by the two partners. The Lithuanian public will be informed about the project and its results via social media, an analytical article, and radio programme.
