The aim of the project
The project aims at mainstreaming good practices for mental health promotion through peer support by building cooperation between Iceland and Lithuania and creating a joint network for future projects in this field.
Planned results:
- The 8-day „Mental Health Perspectives“ staff study visit to Iceland will be conducted. The study visit will containin interactive workshops, visits to NGOs working with peer support, and reviewing good practices implementation on how people with lived experiences are involved in mental health promotion.
- The network between Iceland and Lithuanian NGO will be created, good practices will be shared , reflecting on rights-based approach to mental health, basis for future collaboration and projects will be facilitated.
