Project goals
- To have more insight into strategies on how to best develop training and labour market for peer-support workers
- Develop an international network in this field
- Project partners using their specific knowledge and expertise to collaborate on issues like research on peer-support, improving peer-support education and training
- To find out the status of the research on peer-support in each partner country
- Expanding the understanding and possibilities for peer-support in education and health services from the Nordic and Baltic perspective
- Development of proposals for regulation and rules for peer-support in project countries

- More knowledge about training and education from a Nordic and Baltic perspective
- Insight into different strategies used in education of peer-support workers
- An international network for further work in this field
- A shared understanding of education for peer-support workers
- A better education of peer-support workers
- Knowledge of the status of the current research in the Nordic and Baltic countries
- A better understanding of the situation for peer-support workers and their employment in the Baltic and Nordic countries

- An overview of changes and challenges in each project country
