Project goal

Project aims to contribute to the sustainable development of the Baltic region promoting personal wellbeing, social cohesion and inclusion through exchange of experience in mental health prevention and promotion. The project goal will be reached through sharing best practice of operating Mental Health First Aid programme in Finland. Additionally societal education will be carried out through awareness raising activities in Lithuania and Latvia.
