About the Project\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is a growing international momentum to promote voluntary measures and practices in mental healthcare and to reduce the reliance on coercive measures, advocating human rights for vulnerable people with mental health\u00a0challenges.<\/p>\n

The main aim of this\u00a0COST\u00a0Action is to establish a sustainable, multidisciplinary network of researchers and practitioners focusing on implementing evidence-based practices in mental health services to implement voluntary cooperation and coercion-preventive practices in mental health\u00a0care\u00a0and community settings, ensuring long-term impact through continuous knowledge exchange, practical focus training and capacity building.<\/p>\n

ENCORE\u00a0<\/a>aims to\u00a0move\u00a0from evidence\u00a0based on isolated settings towards integral, large-scale implementation strategies for sustainable change of conduct in mental health and community settings to promote voluntary measures and practices across Europe.<\/p>\n

Therefore, ENCORE will\u00a0establish\u00a0a sustainable pan-European research-to-implementation network that brings\u00a0together essential stakeholders across various levels and countries, including researchers, healthcare staff, educators, managers and decision-makers, public mental health representatives,\u00a0and government representatives.<\/p>\n

The main outcome will be a Collaborative Redesign and a Transformation Ecosystem for mental healthcare (CReaTE), where community building, co-creation of training programmes, connections with Ambassadors and information and experience exchange with all relevant stakeholders will take place.<\/p>\n
